Hotel Untermetzger - Zell am Ziller

Stayed in a warm economy quadruple room with a great view of the mountains. the hotel's location was close to the town center with plenty of restaurants, the nearest pub, and Zillertal Arena.

the family room was spacious, it had coffee/tea making machines, cable channels, and a radio. the service was good, the breakfast was rich. the staff were extremely friendly and affable, a real pleasure to deal with.

Greatly enjoyed it - the place is quiet and suited me fine...

The hotel was exceptionally friendly, providing excellent service. It boasts a great location just 30 meters from the center, with restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket nearby. it's close to Zillertal Arena and surrounding resorts, only 1 km away from the Slipstream Sculpture.

Great central location within walking distance to everything we needed, with incredibly friendly staff that would make us choose to stay again.

The staff at Hotel Untermetzger are excellent, and the location is stunning and unbeatable. I was upgraded to a cozy twin room with a fantastic view of the mountains. the room also had central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The staff and manager were mind-blowingly helpful and friendly, accommodating our flight cancellation without any fuss. The location was super, right in the center of town with easy access to ski buses and close to restaurants and a supermarket. The Thai dishes on the menu were jaw-droppingly delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms had STUNNING views, comfortable beds, and were well-maintained.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in the heart of the village. It was very convenient being next to the train station and the bus route to Ziller Arena. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some even offering beautiful views from the balcony. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was varied and substantial. We were also pleased to have free parking available nearby.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable in some areas of the hotel.

We spent our Easter here and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the village and very close to the ski slopes, which was a great advantage for us. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were always clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a ski equipment storage room, making it easy to keep all of our gear together.

We did have a few issues during our stay, notably with the Wi-Fi which was very slow and kept cutting out. the breakfast options were quite limited and samey each day, so we would have liked a bit more variety.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a restaurant, convenient store, and ski-bus station right in front. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety. We especially appreciated the staff's attention to our request for a quiet room, and they even printed our bus ticket for us. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for a great experience in Zell am Ziller.

Plus, the rooms have incredible views of the mountains - it's like waking up in a picture-perfect postcard. The staff here were so friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And let's not forget about the breakfast - a delicious spread that kept me energized for a day of exploring.
